What belongs in a pre-filing vault

• Bank exports

• KK contribution proofs
• Open notices and your replies

If it can appear in a Nachfrage, it belongs in the vault with a date and a counterparty.

Organizing receipts, invoices, and notices together

Structure by year, then by type, then link to cases when there is an active ask. Do not keep notices in email while Belege live on a phone. Unification is the feature.

Weekly drop-in: empty Downloads, empty phone receipt album, empty bureaucracy label. Monthly: reconcile invoice list to bank. Quarterly: check Vorauszahlung and USt posture.
